Reservations and Questions
Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you, your belongings, and your travel investment. While you are welcome to purchase trip insurance with any provider, the Arcadia University Alumni Association has partnered with Meyer and Associates,* which offers various travel protection plans through two companies—TripAssure and Travel Insured International (TII). Plans are offered from the two companies to provide you with greater options as you search for appropriate coverage. The plans offer a variety of coverage, including:
- Trip cancellations or interruptions
- Trip delays
- Medical expenses, including medical evacuation
- Delayed, lost, or stolen baggage
- Accidental death or dismemberment
- Cancel for work reasons
- Cancel for any reason (some plans)

Note that the Travel Protection Plan is available to all trip participants, regardless of whether or not they are Arcadia graduates.
Please note that TripAssure plans must be purchased within 15 days of booking your trip and TII plans must be purchased within 21 days of your deposit.
