Born and raised in Portugal, Ana Pais has always been a curious soul and a passionate explorer of life. With an academic background in Tourism Marketing, Ana spent more than 20 years in the aviation and cruise industries, leading teams, managing operations, events, and incentive groups for major international brands within the Portuguese market.

Her lifelong love of travel, connection, and different cultures has shaped her open-hearted approach to life. Empathetic, patient, and a great listener, Ana finds joy in simple moments—early mornings, sunsets, and time by the sea. A devoted yoga and aerial yoga practitioner, she thrives on balance, nature, and meaningful human connection.

She currently lives near the ocean in Portugal and continues to inspire others to explore both the world and themselves.

Most memorable travel experience was a “voluntourism” journey in Costa Rica, where she worked with an indigenous community and discovered she could unite her love for travel with a greater purpose—helping others.
